  2. Once you click the “Begin Remote Support Session” button below, your download will begin. This is a personalized application that will allow our technician to start a one-time remote session on your computer.
  3. After the download is complete, you need to run the downloaded file. Depending on your machine, you may receive security prompts. After you acknowledge these, you will receive a nine digit code.
  4. You need to provide that code to the technician before they can connect to your PC.
