- Once you click the “Begin Remote Support Session” button below, your download will begin. This is a personalized application that will allow our technician to start a one-time remote session on your computer.
- After the download is complete, you need to run the downloaded file. Depending on your machine, you may receive security prompts. After you acknowledge these, you will receive a six digit code.
- You need to provide that code to the technician before they can connect to your PC.
